IMPORTANT: These terms and conditions govern your use of this site, which is provided by our company. By accessing the site or any of its directory accesses, you are indicating your acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and refund policy. These terms of use are subject to change by our company at any time at our discretion without notice. MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM
When you enroll in our membership program ("Program"), we will charge the card you provide the $9.95 activation fee (non-refundable) specified on the order checkout page and send you a thirty (30)-day supply of Acai Berry Blast as a gift to you for enrollment. [For customers outside US/Canada, the activation fee is Nine Dollars and Ninety-Five Cents ($9.95).] If you contact customer service to terminate your trial enrollment within the next fourteen (14) days of the date that you enroll in the Program, you will not receive any additional product and you will not be charged anything else. Your enrollment date is the date that you submit your order for the Program.
If you do not cancel within the next fourteen (14) days of the date that you enroll in the Program, we will charge the same card you provided at enrollment the non-refundable annual membership fee of One Hundred Twenty-Seven Dollars and Eighty-Six Cents ($127.86) ("Membership Fee").
For the subsequent twelve (12) months as a Member, you may request an unlimited amount of Acai Berry Blast bottles at any time. Each bottle contains a thirty (30)-day supply of Acai Berry Blast and will be separately charged a shipping and handling fee of Twelve Dollars and Ninety-Five Cents ($12.95). [For customers outside US/Canada, the shipping and handling fee is Twenty-Five Dollars and Ninety-Five Cents ($25.95).] Should the initial delivery of the Acai Berry Blast Products be returned due to an invalid or incorrect mailing address which you provided during enrollment, any re-shipment of the Acai Berry Blast Products will be charged an additional non-refundable shipping and handling fee. We will use all reasonable efforts to ship your orders of Acai Berry Blast Products within seven (7) business days to the shipping address that you provided during enrollment. Your shipment will leave our facilities within two work days. However, actual delivery time of the parcel will vary by region.
To make fresh requests for Acai Berry Blast within the duration of the Membership period, you can contact us by using our Membership site or contacting our customer service line. Access to the Membership site will be given to you upon approval of your enrollment via a confirmation e-mail sent to the e-mail address that you provided at the time of enrollment. The confirmation e-mail will contain your user name and your password, which you may change at your convenience upon login to the Membership site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Membership account, user name and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur through use of your Membership account, user name and password including, without limitation, any and all purchases made there through.
All fees stated are payable in United States currency. Failure to use the Acai Berry Blast Products does not constitute a basis for refusing to pay any of the associated charges. We may deactivate your Membership account, and deny access to the Membership site, for non-payment of applicable charges.
REFUND POLICY
We refund all cases of fraud and unauthorized transactions including shipping and handling charges. Additional refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the company.
CANCELLATION
To cancel your Membership at anytime, call our customer service line at 1-(403)-480-4212. Live customer service agents are available Mondays to Fridays, 9 am to 5pm EST. Upon receipt of your cancellation request, your Membership will be deactivated. If you cancel before the end of the next fourteen (14) day period after the date of your enrollment, you will not be charged the one year Membership Fee.
